A quick orientation on what to expect from our reply.
Timing. First response within one business day. Usually within four hours during business hours (Mon–Fri 7:30–5 EST, Sat 8–12 EST).
Who replies. A human at the yard. Sara on buy-back, Reyna or a wash lead on product orders, Jamie on custom builds, a co-founder on technical or commercial scoping. Not a marketing template.
Format. Your first reply is a real answer — a quote, a recommendation, or a clarifying question. We don't send 'thanks, we'll get back to you' acknowledgments and then take a week.
If you don't hear back. Check spam first — our replies sometimes get filtered. If it's been more than one business day and nothing's there, resend or email info@ibcillinois.com directly. We've never failed to reply but we have on rare occasions had spam-filter issues.
