Services

Five services. One yard. No middlemen.

We don't just sell totes — we take them off your hands, recondition them, route them, and rebuild them. Here's the whole menu.

One job per service, no upsell pipeline.

We never sell you a service you don't need. If you call us for a pickup, we don't call you back six weeks later to push another offer. Build the relationship, don't burn it.

What links the five services

Each service has a different customer, all share one yard.

The catalog is built around a closed loop. Buy-back feeds reconditioning, reconditioning feeds resale, transport ties them all together, and custom builds soak up the tanks that can't go back into liquid service.

Buy-back is the upstream. Facilities with empty totes call us, we route a pickup or accept yard drop-offs, pay cash on inspection. The tanks become our inbound inventory.

Reconditioning is the middle. Inbound tanks pass through one of three paths: full tri-stage line (Grade A), shorter wash (Grade B/C), or fabrication (when the bottle can't be safely refilled).

Resale is the downstream. Tanks leave the yard as either reconditioned product or as-is inspected, with a chain-of-custody tag for the reconditioned ones.

Transport is the network. Our outbound routing combines pickups and deliveries on the same trailer where possible — reducing per-tank freight cost by roughly half versus single-stop alternatives.

Custom builds close the loop. Tanks that can't go back into liquid service become rain catchers, mash tuns, growing beds, or whatever the next customer can use them for.

Who calls which service

Quick service-to-customer map.

01

Sell your empties

Industrial facilities, ag co-ops, small fleets. Call buy-back. We pay on inspection and pickup within the week.

02

Need clean totes

Beverage producers, chemical packagers, sustainability-driven brands. Buy reconditioned from outbound stock.

03

Own a fleet that needs washing

Repeat-use operations with their own tote pool. Use toll reconditioning — send us the fleet, get it back clean.

04

Need bulk freight

Anyone with 20+ tanks on the move. We route consolidated freight to cut per-tank cost.

05

Need a custom tank build

Brewers, growers, hobbyists. Use custom fabrication — sketch to quote to delivery in three weeks.

Key takeaways

If you only read one section.

  1. 01Five services. One yard. They share trucks, infrastructure, and information.
  2. 02Cross-service pricing exists — if you buy reconditioned and we pick up your empties on the same trip, both prices improve.
  3. 03Every service uses the same lead form. Tell us what you need; we'll route internally.
  4. 04We don't upsell. One service per call. No follow-up pitch sequences.
  5. 05Response time one business day across all services.
Common questions

Cross-service questions.

Can I use multiple services in one transaction?
Yes — common combos: buying reconditioned + selling back your empties on the same truck; or custom-building from a tank you sent us; or reconditioning your fleet and ordering accessories at the same time. We bundle.
Is there a service contract or just transactional?
Both. Most relationships start transactional. Higher-volume buyers move to quarterly contracts (mainly for predictable pricing and lead times). Either pattern is fine with us.
Who decides which service is right for me?
You do, but we'll advise. Email us with what you're trying to accomplish and we'll route to the right service or services. Free consultation.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. All quotes are free. We don't begin invoicing until you confirm a purchase order or service request.
